REVIEW: Cocomong the series

"Hello everybody, I'm Cocomong."

Malika and Safir have their new favorite cartoon series. It's Cocomong, another production from TOP Bigbang's city, Korea

The story goes to a monkey who look like a sausage or a sausage turned into a monkey (?) called Cocomong. It's a story of a refrigerator called cutie land.

THE CHARACTERS
All of the characters are taken by vegetables or fruit. Cocomong is an inventor and he has a robot version of him named Robocong.

Cocomong's bestfriend is Aromi. A rabbit that look like a boiled egg. But they always argue about everything.

Cocomong has a dog called Omong who was a prawn. There is also a cucumber who turned into an alligator who like to cook named Agle. Dorri is a hippo that came out of a raddish and a mushroom as his hats. Though he is the biggest member of cutie land, he is good in art. And don't forget Kaero, a donkey that look like a carrot. He is the funny guy.

Then we have Padak, the lousy chicken that came out of celery. She is very stubborn and one of the members that couldn't talk. The other members that couldn't talk are the trio Dookong, Saekong, and Naekong the pigs that came out of bean.

THE THEME
Cocomong itself is a soft movie yet understandable, just like Pororo. Unlike Doong Doong which still has some violence scenes or Mumuhug which has too many confusing characters and it made me hard to explain to Malika. She doesn't compromise with imaginative thing and she will keeps asking it until it sound real.

This series are suitable for preschooler because they show us how to behave to each other. And sometimes they remind each other to consume healthy food. There are less sugary products here, which is good. After Doong Doong promoted banana as their main dish, now my kids are eagerly want to eat sausage. It make me want to search about healthy sausage suppliers.

Malika and Safir haven't had problem with veggie and fruit, and they quite know much about them because I oftenly take them  with me when I was buying veggie. But Cocomong makes them even more excited in knowing and dealing with veggie.

Cocomong has also game version which you can upload from apps store. I haven't try it yet.

Cocomong is aired every Monday to Friday at 6am or every Saturday & Sunday at 6.30 pm. Only on B channel.
